Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, labor costs, transportation expenses, exchange rates, or other factors beyond our control.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
Orders and Acceptance
An order is considered confirmed only after:
- The customer approves the quotation.
- Any required deposit payment has been received.
- Final specifications, materials, finishes, dimensions, and quantities have been confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Custom Furniture Orders
Many of our products are custom-made according to client specifications.
Once production has commenced, changes to designs, materials, finishes, dimensions, or quantities may not be possible and may incur additional charges.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all drawings, specifications, and production details before manufacturing begins.
Payment Terms
Payment terms shall be specified in the quotation or sales agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- A deposit may be required before production begins.
- The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
- Bank transfer fees and intermediary bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and Delivery
